Jharkhand RTE Admission 2025-26: The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, often known as the Right to Education Act (RTE), recognizes education as a fundamental right for all children between the ages of 6 and 14. This legislation specifies key requirements for primary education and requires private educational institutions to reserve 25% of their seats for children from economically weaker sections, with the government financing the associated costs through a public-private partnership framework. The government of Jharkhand has introduced numerous initiatives annually to ensure the effective implementation of this program for disadvantaged children.
