Annually, the Delhi Education Board manages the admissions for these categories of students, employing a lottery system for the selection process. The online application for Delhi EWS admissions for the academic year 2025-26 is set to begin in April 2025. Students from Nursery to 9th grade are eligible to submit their applications for these admissions.

Prospectus Fee of Delhi Nursery Admission 2025-26
The purchase of a school prospectus, along with the application form, is not obligatory for parents. Schools are prohibited from compelling parents to acquire the prospectus or altering any associated processing fees. A non-refundable admission registration fee of Rs. 25 may be charged to parents.
Eligibility Criteria For Delhi EWS Admission 2025-26
To seek admission under the Delhi EWS scheme for the academic year 2025-26, candidates are required to comply with the regulations and eligibility requirements set forth by the Delhi Education Department. The applicant’s annual family income must not surpass Rs. 1.5 lakh. Moreover, the applicant should be a permanent resident of Delhi. Priority will be given to those belonging to the ST, SC, EWS, or OBC categories. Parents are allowed to submit applications for no more than two children. Additionally, applicants can choose up to five schools located within a 6 km radius.
