To be eligible for the position of Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentice, candidates must fulfill certain educational criteria: They should possess a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology issued by a State Council or Board of Technical Education set up by the State Government in the appropriate field, a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology awarded by a University in the relevant discipline, or a Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an institution acknowledged by either the State or Central Government as equivalent to the qualifications mentioned above.

TANGEDCO Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is now tasked with compiling a list of chosen candidates based on the online applications received. The selection process will hinge on the percentage of marks obtained in the pertinent core qualification for each field. Candidates who are selected will be informed via the Email addresses they submitted. Those who are shortlisted are required to participate in a Certificate Verification meeting at the TANGEDCO office.
